      - Highly political management and peers as thats what they survive on. - They will keep laying off every 6 months - no one has an idea on how to run a business if you need to do that every year. - Low competent beuraucratic environemnt.

      Ancient technology. Nothing to learn there. Incompetent (non-existent) management. The least intelligent people are always put in charge of those that do the actual work. Never ending process of sweeping issues under the rug because "it's too hard or takes too long to do things the right way".
