Cisco has a great culture, you can see that everyone voice is heard and you feel like a part of one big family. The benefits are great on most of the roles and additionaly company organizes a lot of activities outside working.

Cons

As per the downside the salary has been behind the market and you can see it in almost every role. You can see the small diversity in the projects, but this is always depending on time of year.
