Employee policies, good work life balance, unlimited work from home, plenty of learning opportunities for network engineers. Good salary

Cons

It all depends on the team that you are working with, if team members lack behavioural skills and team spirit even-though they are technically strong, it can be the worst place to work for. Reporting manager is usually not part of your team. This makes things more complicated.
