Pros

Well organized, good benefits, many successful products. Is truly an equal opportunity employer.

Cons

A lot of process, sometimes hard to get work done Does not encourage telecommute, even though sells products to enable this at other companies. Some very bad managers, but most are excellent. The bad ones cause a lot of havoc, but Cisco seems unable to handle them Salary is in the 60-100 percentile, so not the best paymaster. Most people get no stocks.
