Pros

Flexible hours, godd package and good career growth if you can network with the higher ups

Cons

Networking here is very important to move up rather than pure merit and too metric driven

Pros

There is opportunity to build working relationships with people globally. Working from home is convenient and may be a wonderful option for young families.

Cons

Internal politics and constant restructuring is the worse part of Cisco. It can be very frustrating to constantly change direction. There are long periods of no leadership during those upheavals. Management can be political and not act in the best interest of their employees. People who are looking for a truly collaborative, trusting, and kind environment may want to look elsewhere.
