Pros

The office has coffee, commute is easy.

Cons

The software looks like it was drawn up on MS Paint and is written on a platform from the 80s. No transferrable skills. Where careers go to die

Pros

Corporate company with a small company feel. This company clearly hires only the best and brightest making for a challenging work environment. The company is very competitive with benefits, with their defined contribution I end up paying ZERO for full coverage!!! Company has been growing and constantly holds "town hall" meetings where the CEO and COO let us know about where we are going.

Cons

Paid time off could be more competitive and supervisors need to be more professional.
