5yOur Asia office has seen several positive changes over the past few months. Our recent employee engagement survey provided us with employee feedback that allowed our senior leadership team and People & Culture to create a targeted engagement plan for the remainder of the year. One of our initial projects is a formal compensation study within our Operations division. This project will further define career progression for all employees. We are also rolling out a new recognition program that will support efforts to recognize and reward employees.
