      - Good people - Okay pay - The company now has engagement activities thanks to the managers

      Cons

      - Unrealistic Quota - MICROMANAGEMENT FROM US MANAGERS - I think the employees could be paid better for the workload that they handle. - No option for growth - Some sacrifice their breaks/lunch break just to hit the quota. Sometimes, even if they do so, they are still unable to reach the quota. - No option for WFH/Hybrid??

      They have new CEO almost every year, cost cutting and retrenchment happened after the latest CEO joined, causing the remaining employees who survived from the retrenchment to work for overtime continuously for months as a results of the restructuring. Not appreciating and undervaluing employees's effort. Low increment, no title changes after years Lack of team building and activities
