Great compensation, working with high caliber co-workers. You work non-stop to stay ahead of the competition, surrounded by intelligent co-workers.

Cons

Not for everyone because of the long hours; no sense of work-life balance. If you are not part of the upper echelon within your group, you better love what you're doing, because you'll be doing it morning, noon, and night. Forget about weekends, forget about holidays . . .
