Great place to work for driven people that want to learn.

Pros

Best place to work in chicago in terms of risk/rewards. Rewards are obviously great and the company is now big enough to make it through.

Cons

Obvious flip side is work life balance can be tough at times but generally OK. Also if you are not self driven and need to be told what to do not a great fit.

80 hr weeks make your life horrible so if you want a social life this is not the place for you but if you like money it is

Pros

The best part of Citadel is the pay. For Chicago they pay way over market. The office is also pretty sweet, both for location (right off the El) and the physical interior. The benefits are nice and the gym is pretty cool

Cons

It's a tough place to work- they expect extremely long hours out of everyone and could care less about work life balance. The attitude is one of "We pay you to ignore your family."
