Pros
Welcoming and encouraging environment. Smart collaborative colleagues with an inquisitive/academic mindset. Challenging problems with a lot of freedom both in your choice and in your approach to them, with enough intermediate goalposts to maintain your motivation. While some mentioned work/life balance as a con, the firm places an emphasis on work/life balance and does a lot to help employees achieve it.
Cons
Being surrounded by very smart overachievers is stressful (but this is also what attracts said smart overachievers). While the company has a very inclusive culture, that does not translate into diversity in practice, at least among QRs.
