Everyone was really great to me there, and a job well done definitely gets noticed even if it is small. Even the staff who serve breakfast and lunch are ON POINT. Everything in this company is systematized so everyone can be the MOST efficient at their job - I loved it. I handled expense reports and lots of scheduling but if I or a team member needed to FedEx something the mail room staff took care of that and did it seamlessly! So different from other places I've worked where assistants are expected to struggle through international shipping once in a while and then the info is never passed on to others - this is totally different, it is so damn efficient. When the executive I supported decided to leave the company made it clear to me I still had a place. They really value their administrative staff as part of the company culture and like to keep people around. The people were so great. I wish I hadn't left, but my husband had an opportunity in another state.
