no career development, constant OT, incompetitive salary, would rather hire senior role externally than promote internally

Great teammates, but high workload and low pay

Teammates are the best but still depends on what team you’ll landed.

Cons

High overtime and workload not anymore equivalent to your pay, promotion is almost not available to the tenured employees as they always source outside and low salary increase.
