— Easy interview (because they have high employee turnover and basically accepts anyone) — High salary (will usually offer you the highest amount in your expected salary range) — Promotions can be fast (because, again, of high employee turnover)

Cons

— Extremely repetitive work — No lean period, you have to render OT everyday sometimes do double shift — Unprofessional management
