I liked my team and the salary wasn't bad.

Cons

Insane workload means working overtime is a constant reality. Extremely high turn-over in staff also results in colleagues leaving for better opportunities and are not replaced, further adding to your work-load and stress levels. The vibe in the office is non-existence

Good salary, way above market More diverse clients vs other fund administration companies which provides lot of learning Compressed work week

Cons

Cost cutting in equipment, office space. Equipment up to team lead is just a thin client with no laptop which makes it very difficult to work on a hybrid set up Very limited seats which you need to reserve when going to the office and no training/conference rooms Not allowed to take leaves for 4 months during busy season
