      Thank you for your review. We agree that Company Culture is one of the biggest positives of working with Citco, and it all has to do with the incredible people we work with. We really strive to ensure that employees have a work/life balance, and we recognize that this has been hard working remotely and trying to step away from our computers. We have encouraged managers to provide more flexible options to employees to work around family and personal requirements to ensure that there is balance. Every effort will be made to support and accommodate specific needs where possible.
