We launched a programme last year, as a result of employee feedback, to encourage and promote flexible ways of working. We often hear this mentioned which is great as our colleagues and environment have such a big impact on our day to day working life. We do appreciate your point regarding overtime. Given the nature of our industry, we do sometimes see more overtime than we would like and we aim to balance this with policies and practices to support work life balance.
