Promotions are hard to come by and the pay is awful

- Helps immigrants through Permanent Residency process - Some of the perks are attractive to persons straight out of university

Cons

-Significantly under pays employees -Promotions usually don't go to the most deserving candidates -The overtime is excessive and stressful at times -Top management makes rash decisions without careful thinking about how they will affect employees
