Hello Firstly we thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are always interested to learn how we can enhance the employee experience at Citco. We appreciate that the hours can be long given the cyclical nature of our business, it means that there are certain times of the year when people are extraordinarily busy which is why Employee Wellbeing is at the heart of our values.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We agree that working with Citco gives our teams great industry exposure and provides a really good platform to learn about all aspects of our industry. You mentioned promotion and I appreciate you have since left us, but this has been an area of focus for us recently; resulting in a process that makes it easier for employees to move within Citco. We made this change as a direct result of employee feedback and to your point, we will continue to look for feedback to continue to improve. We do recognise that, due to the nature of our business, the hours are sometimes longer than we would like, particularly at month end, and we do try to balance this with practices that support employee well-being and work life balance.
