      Pros

      It is a good place to start to get your foot into the door, they have a good training program.

      Cons

      There are no long-term prospects, a lot of overtime hours. You can be moved to different team, where you will have a new manager. Since the manager doesn't know you, he cannot suggest promotion. Some people stay with the same client for 2 years, but some may be moved to 5 different teams in 1 year.
