We are always open to hiring fresh graduates and believe that we can offer great industry exposure and opportunities to learn. We have a strong focus on learning and development, at all levels, so that our teams have the tools and resources to continue to develop a career with us. You mention career progression and this has been a real focus for us recently, based on feedback we heard through our engagement survey. Due to this we have launched a process to make it easier for employees to apply for open roles and move within the organisation. We have seen very positive results since this has launched and we will continue to look at ways to improve so thank you for sharing your feedback with us and wishing you all the best!
