We also believe this is a great environment for people to start their career, as well as continue to develop in their career, given the exposure that our people get to the industry. We believe this is a huge benefit of working with us. I appreciate that this can sometimes lead to longer hours than we would like and we do try to balance this with practices and policies to support employees health and wellbeing.
