      - Great colleagues who look out for each other and make for a relaxed and enjoyable work environment. - Great learning ground with the most reputable and complex client portfolios in the industry. - Family owned company with a unique work culture and accessible leaders.

      Cons

      - As with all multinationals in this industry, change is regular and normal. To enjoy Citco you need to enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
