      Pros

      CFS is a young and fun place to work in. It will be a good place for fresh graduate to start as the company accepts entry level candidate. The company also has several good in house system as compared to other competing companies. Overall, I have a good time working with the company.

      Cons

      Rigid appraisal scheme which sometimes downplay talented staff. However, new hires would not be affected as they have a difference appraisal scheme implemented for them, which is relatively fair.

      Pros

      Great environment, intensive training. A small privately owned company that is at par with large financial institutions catering to hedge funds offers surprisingly competitive environment.

      Cons

      If you get an offer do your research first. Know how much your qualifications merit. If you can, try getting information on your prospective manager. You might end up with someone with equal experience as you and might not offer much in terms of development.
