Cons
Citco operates in a demanding and ever changing environment. This leads to the need to carry out projects and initiatives in order to adapt and to gain efficiencies. These projects are often rushed and not properly resourced due to a lack of experienced employees to carry them out. The end result is a poorly executed project that causes additional work for teams and adds unnecessary OT hours to staff that have already reached their limit with over time. As you may have guessed, the result is more turnover and thus perpetuates the vicious cycle.
