Dear Former Employee, As a former employee I don't know when you were employed with us, so you may have missed some things after you left. I have summarized below for your information: In the summer of 2017, we conducted a global engagement survey which captured the feedback of all levels of employees. All employees were invited to share their concerns and recommended solutions in follow-up focus groups. We are currently using that information to inform action plans in 2018. We have a robust training program that features a one-week classroom training program at the outset of employment followed by several other classroom training sessions in the first year of employment. The is coupled with on-the-job training from peers and seniors to deliver a well-rounded training ground for anyone new to our organization Our success rate in coaching and training employees to success is evident in the fact that over 90% of our people leaders have been internally promoted into their roles. The Halifax office has evolved significantly over the past 10 years from an office of a dozen people to our current state of over 450 employees across 12 distinct departments.
