-low salary too many work. -Youll be assign to different tasks as in Many task! And leave you helpless and confused. -sick leaves - they dont like sick leaves they will kick you out if youre always sick so yeah be an immortal. If you fully use your Sick leaves brace yourself! -Politics - Too much of this. Favoritism is their cup of tea if you are no use for their own hidden career agendas bye bye -Management team - Doesnt really care about their employees as long as they get their high pay checks! Please hire someone with good leadership skills and ensure they are really capable of handling this dept looks like a prqctice ground for unexperienced managers vps etc -Relatives are allowed - did i say Relatives in management team? wow! Something fishy!

Dear employee, Thank you very much for your feedback. You have raised a number of concerns here which we are already looking into. However, as an information, we have a pretty good attrition rate for the past several years averaging between 12-15% which is pretty good compared to 30-40% attrition in other companies in the industry. While there is absolutely a number of items that we are already working, rest assured that we have nothing but good intentions in making our employees' lives better. Thank you, HR Manila

It used to be a good company to work for Beer fridge

Cons

Bad management. Some people got away with being absolutely useless with no clue about what they were meant to be managing and no clue about what was going on. Some people got away with doing minimal work, surfing the internet on sport websites all day long. Clueless HR Too much money spent on nights out

Dear Former employee. I note your 2 star rating . However, this is not the Citco I recognise. Most of our employees, including managers, work exceptionally hard and are committed to creating a environment where everyone can enjoy success. We also have uncommonly tight controls on internet availability and usage so I struggle to identify with the comments with regard to internet usage. It appears that Citco wasn't the right environment for you. I wish you success with future employers.

good crowd to work with, summer/holiday parties were fun

Cons

No work life balance, upper management has no idea what employees are looking for. Company consistently lies about promotions, and what is needed to move up, they always promise and never deliver. They are shipping all work overseas. No WIFI, no work from home (simple things all competitors have, must be why everyone keeps quitting and going other places)
