As an organization, we recognize that our managers play a very important role to ensure that our employees have the resources and tools to perform their roles successfully. We encourage our managers to meet with employees regularly to ensure that employees have an opportunity to express any concerns or feedback they may have. We also have an open work environment and there are multiple communication channels available to employees to voice their views and suggestions. We encourage employees to use the various available internal communication mediums for any specific concerns. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments around our pension and benefits programs at Citco. We take pride in these programs which demonstrate the emphasis Citco places on our employee’s wellbeing. However, it was very concerning to read your comments recommending that women should not work in your department. We are proud to advocate equal opportunities for all. We have programs in place to provide flexibility to employees who may require an adjusted schedule due to family responsibilities and we encourage employees to utilize these programs. Being a family owned business, we recognize the importance of having quality time spent outside of the office.
