Only pro is its something on your resume

Cons

Huge amount of turnover. Boss has zero relationship with employees. You are just a number. The biggest regret of my career. Other employee I was in training with left the company in less then 6 months too.

Fun atmosphere, great people, some are lucky to work their way up from within, treated like family, great benefits

Cons

dealing with office politics, favoritism (you need to drink the cool-aid), YE compensation is laughable, No longer treated like family, more corporate like, expensive benefit package

As we've grown over the years it's been difficult to retain the sense of "family" that has always been at the core of Citco, but certainly it's part of our DNA and should be the the essence of our culture. Our recent employee survey has provided similar feedback and so it's definitely something worth focusing on. Hopefully over 2018 you'll see positive moves to reclaim our family feel.
