Starting from day 1 till last working day of the company there is no peace at all. My mental peace has affected so badly just because of the management. I used to report to Manila team they are the most arrogant rude and unprofessional. Micro management sucks here they check on you every second what are you working what is your next task. No proper assistance in terms of process. If you ask any doubt 2nd time to Manila team they will be like I can’t spoon feed you everything. I gave feedback to India team here in Hyderabad no improvement as well. I had to leave the company in less than a year unfortunately.

Good company to start in finance

Cons

Bully atmosphere in the company due to one person and management doesn't want to do anything about besides asking the victim to stop using that word. Plus after moving the person to other team ( same office just different cube) they give all the acknowledgement at the staff meeting to the bully even though the person didn't work on the projects in anyway.
