Very good health insurance and benefits payable at 100% Good brand in financial admin industry Actually accepts freshers and truly has a very diverse culture Great for recent graduates or people new to the country - with moderate experience Taxi chit if worked late (Post 8PM) Food bill upto $20 reimbursed if worked late (Post 8PM) Office Fridge stocked with beers to consume post 5pm Good supply of coffee and teas Scope for growth Nice socials - Holiday parties, Annual Poker, and Monthly cakes and Sandwiches etc.

Strictly talking about Hedge IR: High turnover and attrition Eating the young attitude Lot of over time Very bad work life balance Limitations and hesitations in approval of leaves Sour team managers (varies on team) Over burdening clients Poor shadow training Micro management Citco Loyalists who have turned bitter to survive lead the fresh and young hearts

Citco is not your typical corporate company. There is a personality and a culture thats sophisticated yet family feeling as in we are one big family. Its backed by solid management, who respects employees and understands them via their feelings and defends them as part of a family. I am very fortunate to work in a place like this. They have countless times respected my situations and given me space to breath during stressful times. Citco is one of the best companies to work for, if you crave growth, knowledge, network in a family loving culture. then Citco is the place for you.

Cons

In a ever changing world there is always evolving technologies. Since I work in the field of IT there are times that the workload has been a little too much to bear. The only thing that helped us push through is our management who gave us space to breath during hard times.
