Thank you for leaving a few comments. Given the nature of Citco's business operations, we do know that there are periods of time where there is a high volume of deliverables that does require overtime hours to be worked. Our internal processes ensure business leaders have the tools and information to help manage this via team allocations and resourcing and we'd always encourage any individual to reach out to their direct manager if there are concerns regarding flexibility or hours.
