Energetic young professional work force.

Cons

Work/life balance is tough to accomplish with long hours. Management is not transparent with latest company updates. Mass layoffs. Work is being transferred to other countries.

Citco offers a nice environment for a starter. Along the way they forget to invest in the employees and this affects the motivation of many.
