Pros

Easy commute, great pay, decent office setting with a lot of amenities.

Cons

Work life balance, network enhancements and tough managers is desperately needed. This place can easily be a hybrid/remote if upper management focuses on infrastructure, network and personnel. A simple fix would be to improve vdi and push stubborn employees off dinosaur computers and vpn and move with the future of laptops in a cloud environment which they already utilize. It’s no point to have to remote into a vpn workstation in an office from a company issued laptop while wfh which has the same access and resources. Focus on the needs of the company it’s written in just about every review on here. Give change a try it may work wonders on the future.

Pros

Generally enjoy working with people across the company. No take home work. Expected daily and monthly deliverables are relatively easy to schedule around. Remote work will likely be capped 2 days in-office for 2023 (unless otherwise negotiated)

Cons

First two weeks of each month are busiest and effectively blacked out from taking PTO. Feels like you're either extremely busy or hardly working. "Lean", "efficient" teams means limited coverage Multiple international offices can mean short overlaps in shifts which impacts ability to collaborate and/or support. You may be required to cover items from other offices with no additional compensation.
