Pros

The benefits and work-life balance are very good. The Malvern office feels very close-knit. Hopefully you won't mind working overtime in the winter during busy season... but they do pay 1.5x overtime.

Cons

-Long hours during the winter -Low entry-level pay for staff financial reporting accountants

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, free drinks, friendly people - some very intelligent individuals. There is opportunity to move around the company and work in exotic locations if that is something you are interested in.

Cons

Too much upper management - everyone is a manager even though they've been doing the same thing for years. Tough to build a long term career, but great place to earn a steady income as long as you don't get laid off

Relaxed work environment. Not a typical high pressure finance job.

Cons

Management does not seem to be open about bonus pay. Also, not open to increasing 401k match or giving frequent raises.
