Pros

Helpful, friendly and supportive colleagues. Management are very organised and have high expertise. Staff canteen is excellent with food and drink available. Always very clean and well maintained. Working hours are good and pay is good. Good working environment overall! WFH allowance scheme is helpful too. Well done guys and thank you.

Cons

Although there is flexibility for the days to work in the office there is no flexibility in the hours you work. Would be nice to start earlier other than 9am on occasion. Would be nice to start 8am during summer period.
