Pros

Citco does not care about the employees. pay is low. HR incompetent and non existent. Manager narcissistic who works 2 days per week and never available. This company is a real waste of time and money.

Cons

Useless. Managers do not care about anything. Super bureacratic and ineffcient. People are leaving Citco for better opportunities.
