      1. Good way to start your career. You'll get to learn the work. 2. Pay as per industry average. 3. Good team

      Cons

      1. Sometimes managers do Micro management which is very demotivating. 2. The company should provide minimum laptop to every grade of employees which is very common in the industry. 3. There is little to sometimes no flexibility, you'll see a quite a few rolling eyes if you leave early. 4. Sometimes managers compel to login on weekends even if SLA is not due to complete work before time.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is not a secret that we love to hire recent graduates and believe that we are great place for employees to start their career. We recognize that our industry is one where there are times that require overtime. We try to balance this with policies and practices that promote and support health and wellbeing.
