No work/life balance , overworked and poor management

Can't really find any good reason other than it's just a global company that looks good ln the CV

Cons

- Weekly deadlines and pressure to deliver - Working hrs 10 to 12hrs - No work/life balance - Poor management (Yes men) - Mediocre salary - Weekly working hrs supposed to be just 40hrs but go up to 60hrs due to heavy workload - Under staff - 1 person does the job of 3 - Overtime paid at normal hourly rate
