You are accurate in noting that we utilize temporary associates during our ‘busy season.’ We are pleased that we have been able to transition so many high performers to permanent positions using this hiring model. We believe strongly in a diverse hiring strategy which utilizes temporary associates as well as direct hires at a senior accountant level.
