8yDear Citco colleague, It's great to see a review from a current employee. Often reviews come from people who have decided, for one reason or another, that Citco wasn't for them, and obviously that colors their opinion. So to see a 5 star review from a current employee is super!

Therefore it's great to see a review from a current employee. We are always interested to learn how we can enhance the employee experience at Citco. As you know, we have recently completed our global employee engagement survey and communication is definitely a theme. Hopefully you will start to see improvement sin this area.
