We have encouraged our business groups to hold appreciation days, online social events and ensuring that we are connecting in as frequently as possible even for a virtual coffee or quick hello.

You got the best co-workers. They will help you out whenever you have queries or doubts.

Cons

The workload itself. It feels like a never ending work job. You cannot finish your work within your working hours.
