A Balanced Experience with Strong Culture but Room for Improvemen

- Strong company culture with plenty of social events, including breakfasts, bi-monthly lunches, celebration cakes, and board game nights. - Great team members who are supportive and collaborative. - A new manager who is accommodating and supportive, fostering a positive work environment. - Good collaboration with external departmenets especially Citco Bank.

Cons

- Initial onboarding was stressful due to the manager forgetting to register me, which delayed equipment and onboarding setup. - Office attendance policy inconsistency: initial agreement for once-a-week attendance changed to twice-a-week, despite verbal recruiter confirmation. - Limited salary increase of only 1% during a period of 6% inflation. - Previous manager was unsupportive and rejected a sick day request.
