Pros

In Technology Infrastructure, the environment is highly diverse and international. Salary is reasonable and sick leaves are granted as requested. In addition to standard package of commutation, health insurance and pension plans, they have benefits such as waiving the annual membership fee of Citi gold credit cards, etc.

Cons

There are lots of processes in place for the sake of processes and thus everything is very slow. Also, promotion tends to go to those that are good at socializing with big bosses rather than the ones that get the real job done.
