      Pros

      The scale of business is mind boggling. On the IT side you'll never see anything like it. Business highly dependent on technology.

      Cons

      The scale of the business and the speed with which change is expected to occur often mean that corners are cut and things aren't done 'by the book' - a very short sighted view in a business that's in it for the long haul.

      Good pay & commission, but too much out-sourcing overseas

      Pros

      Good base pay, ability to make alot of extra cash thru commission, bonus, working holidays and optional overtime. Also tried to be flexible in scheduling.

      Cons

      Too much tracking, having to account for every minute logged on phones, could have had more sales training and positivity training.
