This company has no idea what it's doing. I have never worked with such incompetent leaders unwilling to meet their employees where they are. They are averse to process and documentation and there is zero accountability for anything. There is no team culture and everyone is out for themselves. Highly skilled individuals aren't in positions that utilize their skillsets because Leaders don't care. I knew I deserved better and have experienced better at every other employer I've worked for. This bank is too big to fail and too big to function.

Experts at hiring a whole bunch of staff at once and then having layoffs a year or two later…practice better resource management. The old ways of working are long gone…embrace telecommuting and option for four day workweeks. Stop spending millions on facilities upgrades when there are no functioning workstations available when in office.
