Relaxed environment, good for start and gaining AML Knowledge. The building is nice( prosta). Remote working(10 days per month). Targets are low.

Cons

Lack of development, after expertise is dead end. You will never get manager position. There is kind of mafia, those positions are only reserved for polish ppl. Salary is low, approx 30% less than other banks.
