Pros
Great People and an enjoyable, fairly relaxed atmosphere on any given day -- (when the "cons" aren't working against you". The work is interesting and challenging.
Cons
Unpredictable workload resulting in existing staff having to "power through" any heavy months of activity. The idea of an 8 hour day doesn't exist the last two weeks of any month... just too much to do and not enough time to do it. This "maximizing efficiency" approach can start to feel like your full time salaried position is a definite disadvantage, resulting in earning less and less per hour.
