Pros

Your co workers, I guess the the bad conditions of employment and constant fear of being laid off makes people more friendly and understanding of one another.

Cons

Great AML training but get ready for the ride of your life, never in my career I felt so undervalued by a company. The company takes 4 months to give you one of the best AML training in the industry and 6 months later, because of a change in direction(new project being implemented), try to demote its employees instead of helping them relocate within the company.
