Citibank is a great company (in term of knowledge & skill that you're being exposed) for any starter/fresh grad to start. Besides, many company have a great "first impression" toward Citibank

Cons

The SLA/deadline was kinda stressful. Besides, opportunity to have promotion kinda hard to get for entry level position.
